. These mattresses are entirely made without polyurethane. Provides high comfort with the built-in topper, which is elegant and contributes to high appearance. There are several offers to choose the topper’s insert from. Due to its customizability it makes every individual’s needs satisfied whether it softens or hardens the lying surface while keeping the perfect properties of the zoned pocket mattress core.
Mattress of the highest quality of Billerbeck’s offer due to its amazing properties. Spine-friendly, shoulder lowering capability, stiff under the waist, supports the hip and „adjusts” the body. Thanks to its comfort elements and wide range of customizability of toppers it grants a real luxury experience.
Height of the mattress is 26 cm. Its inside core is made of 9 zone pocket springs of different hardness. The hardened steel springs are separated into individual bags, designed to absorb the well-known waving effect. There are 500 springs in every square meter thanks to their small diameter and high density.
The San Remo mattress is suitable for all sleeping position, however best for side and back sleepers.
Cover:
Elegant, thickened natural materials: made of cotton and wool. In addition, it is a quilted elastomeric, viscose-finish, multi-layered, knitted fabric with a colour-harmonizing hem. The cover is not removable nor washable.
The built-in topper can be unzipped from the mattress and its cover can be cleaned if neccessary. The mattress' cover is NOT removable.
We recommend four topper inserts for the mattress.

panel (4 cm) and coconut panel (1 cm), which is the outcome of several years of innovative development. Thanks to the new technology they removed the enviromental damaging PUR foam.
- Coconut / Latex layered panel: good air and moisture permeability combined with the latex's gigh elasticity. Grants stable support. Latex-finished mattresses are highly recommended due to their perfect orthopedic properties.
- panel (3 cm) combined with viscoelastic foam (2 cm). This liquid-like elastic foam (that softens to heat) can perfectly take the curves of the body. Provides even support for the body without creating pressure points, does not block the bloodflow.
- Horsehair / Latex panel, if you choose king's comfort. Natural material used since ancient times. Outstanding elasticity and inimitable ventilation ability.

Don't forget about that we give you a mattress protector next to all the standard size mattress from BILLERBECK and DREAMLINE, which can be accurately fixed, it is washable and we made it with the same stapling pattern as the mattress. Thus the mattress can't lose its beautifully prepared sight, which was made with careful planning.
Dreamline mattress protector has increased vapor permeability, it is made with soft, shape retaining, skin-friendly materials, it provides ideal sleeping comfort. With special Dreamline pattern. The mattresses of the Dreamline and the associated mattress protectors have been supplemented with practical fasteners. They can be connected easily and accurately from now.
With the innovation, it is possible to avoid creasing and moving under the sheet. The cover of the mattress protector is 100% cotton - satin.
